★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marie is all design with luttle to offer in quality on the plate. Service is classically good but at the end of the day it's about the quality on the plate. We had a number of dishes and the slow cooked sucade was the best there clocking in at a 7.5 out of 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful historic, luxury hotel with newly remodeled rooms and many amenities in the prime Amsterdam location on the canal. When so many hotels are cutting back services, the Hotel de L'Europe stands apart with an amazing breakfast offering, turn down and housekeeping service daily, and multiple restaurants on site to choose from. We really enjoyed drinks and snacks in the lobby bar as well as the iconic Freddie's Bar. Although we didn't eat there, the fancy vegan restaurant, Flora, looked amazing. We had dinner and caviar service at Marie, with a view of the canal to die for, this is the ultimate hotel for a romantic getaway or upscale business gathering. The staff were always helpful and eager to please, we can't wait to go back. With so many hotels to choose from, unique ones like these really make the trip memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, frontdesk, rooms, Freddy's bar and breakfast. One point of approvement would be in our opion take out some chairs or furniture in the main lobby. It is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best 5 star hotel experience I've had in a very long time. You would never know its COVID, the staff and service are impeccable and the hotel is not understaffed. The rooms are gorgeous and like any 5 star hotel, the service is attentive and understated, formal, yet casual, they just nail it in all ways. Love it here! When I return to Amsterdam I will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the entire staff for making my stay so comfortable! Truly the best 5 star in Amsterdam!

The service starts directly at the door and never ends. It is a true story and great journey. The staff takes time and explains everything about this historical hotel. The rooms are great and changed every moment of the day. A warm welcome and please do visit the restaurant Flore and off course Freddy’s (Heineken) bar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. This is one of the best hotels I have even stayed in everything about the hotel was just perfect. I came here with my family and booked a separate room for my two children and was worried about the windows and the safety. I talked to the staff and within minutes they installed new safety knobs and gave me the key. The rooms are newly renovated and done in a way that is just perfect minor detail in this hotel was extremely thought of and things are very detail oriented in here from the amazing toiletries to the way they organize my charger wire every night to make sure the room just feels amazing. The staff were super friendly they really did make us feel like we were the only ones in the hotel. The location is amazing. Every corner of this hotel is just fabulous. This is my first time in Amsterdam and definitely not the last. I will make sure to stay at the same hotel every time I visit. Many thanks to the entire staff for the one of a kind experience you helped make this a perfect vacation for me and my children.
