We booked this place for three nights and when we opened the door, we had quite a shock. The smell was unbearable (waste pump + moldy) and it looked like this place has never been cleaned in the last two years.
A rotting plant (health hazard!) in the corner, dirt and dust everywhere, dirty pots and pans, loose water taps and broken lamps.
The fridge was dirty, as well as the mirrors and windows.
We paid more than 1.100€ for three nights. But even 300€ would be too much for this dangerous and disgusting place.
Even the stairs down to the front are rusting away and are shaky as hell, we were afraid, my parents (>70y) might fall into the Amstel.
The two only good things are: The view and the location. But as an owner, you shouldn't rely on that and lay back.
When something is old: That's okay. BUT you can keep it clean and maintained.
Never again.
