T	Ton Knoop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn ook bij de muziekfreak geweest in eerste instantie komt het allemaal leuk over zolang je maar met de eigenaar mee praat is alles ok . ik kom daar om een lp te kopen en dan verwacht ik dat de plaat schoon en goed is als dit allemaal nog moet gebeuren terwijl ik daar ben duurt het allemaal veel te lang . pluspunt vind ik het grote assortiment veel keus minpunt de service er is ons geen koffie aangeboden en de platen waren geen van alle geprijsd en gereinigd hierdoor krijg ik het id dat men maar wat vraagt een cursus omgaan met klanten zal deze eigenaar goed doen. I come there to buy an LP and then I expect the record to be clean and good if all this still has to be done while I'm there it all takes way too long. plus I find the large range a lot of choice minus the service we were not offered coffee and none of the plates were priced and cleaned, this gives me the idea that people only ask what a course in dealing with customers will do this owner good.

Dat je misschien langer moet wachten is geen nadeel, dat noemt men onthaasten en dus kun je gewoon wat langer struinen door de bakken met platen. Prijzen zijn volgens marktwaarde, dus de platen zijn inderdaad niet vooraf geprijsd. Een beetje liefhebber weet vooraf wel wat een schappelijke prijs is. De platen worden blinkend gewassen meegegeven, vandaar de iets langere wachttijd. Tipje, haal ze gewoon later op, dat is geen probleem. This is not a shop, but an experience. Het is er gezellig krijgt een kopje koffie, water of limonade kom er al jaren .De eigenaar Arco heeft echt verstand van de muziek en als je iets hebt waar je moeilijk aan kan komen ben je daar op de goeden plek Arco probeert het uit te zoeken voor je en als hij er nog aan een kan komen neemt hij contact met je op of het niet te duur is wil het nog hebben zo ja dan besteld hij het voor je. Arco vraagt ook meestal tot welke prijs klassen je wilt gaan. Als je een lp koopt wast hij die voor je zodat als het kan naar nieuw klinkt. Dus ben je op zoek naar plaatsen, cd's, dvd's loop dan eens binnen bij hem. I was offered a cup of coffee upon walking in from the rain and made to feel right at home browsing their amazing selection of vinyl records and cds. A wide range of music from jazz, oldies, metal, rock, and pop. They perform free cleaning services on every record you chose to buy and price their records according to its quality and the going rate for that particular record. I think this is a great way to price their stock considering the only other record store in zaandam has much more expensive prices in my opinion. This can make shopping a bit tricky because nothing is priced on the item itself except for the cds but you ask the owner for a price and he gives you a very fair deal. It’s definitely a place to take your time and enjoy shopping. I loved my experience there and will definitely be back for more because i feel that i finally found my go to music shop in Holland. Super gezellig!
