★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg slechte service voor een makelaar. Reageren erg laat op mails, laten je voor niks op en neer komen (maakt niet uit waar je vandaan komt), Vertellen je bijna niks en proberen nog niet eens iets aan je te verkopen. Ze doen er totaal geen moeite voor.
Very bad service for a real estate agent. Responding very late to emails, making you come up and down for nothing (no matter where you are from), tell you next to nothing and don't even try to sell you anything. They make no effort at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner were searching for an appartment to rent, when we went inside the owner immediately said to us that he could not help us unless we were signed in in their website... the next day after sendinng a request via email we came back.. suddenly he didnt receive any name and we were missing from the list xD Very strange xD So we asked if he could talk to us in the office, but it was not possible because they are to busy drinking coffee xD I dont raccomend this place xD Very rude owner and scammers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked into this agency with our passports, evidence of our income, and a specific list of what we were looking for. When I asked him if he could talk to us about what suitable properties he had, the agent looked at us like we were aliens and said "well send me an email"! (we already had the week before and got no reply).
I really wonder how this agency does any business. We found a house with another agent who considered us to be ideal tenants (good stable income, no kids, not students). Shame really because there appear to be some interesting properties on their books.
I would recommend house / appartment owners use a different agent. This one is really rude to people looking for accomodation, even if their profile is ideal, and will lose you good potential tenants.

I can only warn people to do any contracts with this agent. They are not only completely unprofessional but also try to take your money in a pretty disgusting way. They try to rip you off everywhere they can. And when you point to flaws in the contract they are getting loud and somewhat nasty. Not nice, not friendly, not professional
