★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toprestaurant op toplocatie in Amersfoort. Door het mooie weer konden we aan dek zitten en dat was een feestje. Veel te zien wat er op en rond het schip allemaal gebeurd. Heerlijk gegeten. Jammer dat de lunchkaart niet is aangeboden en drankjes pas doorkwamen nadat we daarna vroegen. (Inmiddels kortgesloten met de eigenaresse).
 Top restaurant in a prime location in Amersfoort. Because of the beautiful weather we were able to sit on deck and that was a party. Lots to see what happens on and around the ship. Delicious eaten. Shame the lunch menu wasn't offered and drinks didn't come through until after we asked. (Meanwhile short-circuited with the owner).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff and beautiful food. Definitely worth a visit for a romantic night out with top quality food and drinks. The restaurant is in a boat but you don't even feel that you are on one at all. Enjoy the 7 course choice, well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant! Loved the food, atmosphere and servicd. Everything was to prefection! De Saffraan deserves another Michelin star- for creating food like jewels on a plate and poweful flavor explosions in the mouth; for being able to re-experience everday local food in a new exciting way. Worth the price and perfect portions, enough for you to enjoy the dish and still be left with appetite for what is coming next. Would recommend to anyone who wants to pamper their palate and experience good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haute cuisine on a very decent refurbished cargo ship. Staff was extremely friendly, thanks to Monique Korteschiel for her heartly welcome. We went there spontaneously. Might not be the top spot eating out with children, but we felt very welcome and were treated very well. Food was extraordinary good, wine also. A place to come back definitely.
