★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete rip-off, we were charged 800 Euros for opening the door and replacing the lock! The person did not warn us about the price, did not communicate in advance the costs. Also the guy looked very shady, so now we fear he is going to break in, which means that we need to change the lock again! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Just moved into the neighborhood and needed copies of keys. They did them in less than 5 minutes and they were reasonably priced.
Furthermore, I needed to replace the cylinder in my door. Not only did they walk me through it, when I found out that the key had been lost, I went back and they taught me how to do it and even lent me a wrench so I could do it myself. They charged me nothing.
Highly recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always amazing service here.They are fast, professional and affordable. Based in a lively neighborhood, it's always nice to feel the street vibe. All the keys they have duplicated for me always worked perfectly on my door. I know that is how it should be, but not always the case.
