Bij Apotheek de Volharding bieden wij u graag persoonlijke aandacht om u optimaal te ondersteunen bij het gebruik van geneesmiddelen. Stel uw vraag aan een van onze assistentes of maak een afspraak met de apotheker. Op onze website kunt u eenvoudig 24 uur per dag een herhaalrecept aanvragen.
Onze apotheek is maandag tot en met vrijdag geopend van 08:00 uur tot 17:30 uur. Na sluitingstijd is de bezorgafdeling van onze apotheek telefonisch bereikbaar tot 19:00 uur.
Levering van uw medicatie
Spoedmedicatie en 1e uitgifte's worden dezelfde avond bij u bezorgd, tenzij de medicatie bij de leverancier doorbesteld moet worden. Chronische medicatie (uw standaard medicatie) bezorgen wij de volgende werkdag.
Abonneer op onze gratis herhaalservice, dat neemt u alle zorg uit handen! Uw medicatie wordt dan automatisch herhaald.

Very bad delivery!!!! My mother is a heart patient and she also has diabetes but she has no medicine for 3 days!!!!

Long wait times (I've waited 45mins to an hour on multiple occasions) and once it's your turn, it takes them at least 10 minutes just to retrieve the medication. After these frustrating experiences, I opted for their delivery service. Note: after you've opted for the delivery of your medication, you can't pick it up from the pharmacy anymore because it's already in the delivery car. This service was fine for the most part, same day or next day delivery usually worked...until I was prescribed another medication. It has been 5 days since the prescription for my 1st re-fill arrived at Apotheek De Volharding and I have NOT received anything yet. I called their hotline on THREE separate days to track down my delivery, just to receive three different excuses and three promises that it would be delivered later on in the day. This is an important medication that I should not be stopping suddenly, but now I will be without it for another 2 days because of the weekend. Simply unacceptable and I will be switching pharmacies immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible apothecary! I always have to wait in line for about 30 minutes while there are hardly any other customers. The staff is incredibly slow, it somehow takes them ages to retrieve medicine. Also, when you order your medicine online, you will not be notified if the medicine can't be delivered. I had to wait for weeks and pop in at the apothecary every few days just to check if they happened to have the medicine. And stay without medication during those weeks, sometimes even months. I can't understand why it's so difficult to inform people on the status of delivery, I have complained about it to the staff but they just stare at you as if you're speaking Chinese. Stay away if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cant pick up your medication anymore because of the mandatory delivery service. And my god, every single time something goes wrong with the delivery. They forgot to deliver important medication for me on a Friday. Of course, they're closed in the weekend so I cant call them. They didn't put my prescription in the pharmacy's system either, so I cant even get my meds at the emergency pharmacy. They fail every single time with their delivery service. Please, go to a different pharmacy if you can.
