★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch zijn ze altijd slecht bereikbaar, het is altijd lang wachten aan de telefoon! Elke keer als ik bel moet ik zeker minstens 10 minuten wachten, dit is al best lang aan de gang, doe hier iets aan!
 They are always difficult to reach by phone, it is always a long wait on the phone! Every time I call I have to wait at least 10 minutes, this has been going on for quite a while, do something about this!

I was arrived to the pharmacy late because I wasn't clear about the opening time unfortunatelyI had to work and I couldn't come earlier... .
First a young man in mask showed behind the closed doors that they are closed. In second later another person came out on the the door and becuse the door was open so I want to ask information about that where or how can I get the antibiotic what I should to take.( I have a scar infected on my feet so I think I shouldn't wait till next week Monday, when the pharmacyis open again).
He didn't let me finish my sentence just said repeatedly said that they are closed, and they are very busy . It took 20-30 seconds our "conversation ".
I think in the same time he could to give me answer that what is the procedure to get my medicine. Very unhelpful customer handling.. Special some who work with medicine should be have more emphatic and have more manor. It was a very rude situation
