β β β β β Multiple doctors ( male and female) share this centre so there is always a doctor to help you even during weekends and holidays. As always in Dutch health care; be prepared for waiting time (not as long as in hospitals though).

β β β β β The people answering the phone are super rude and harsh! They always sound annoyed when I speak English. But what can I do? I am an international student and I unfortunately don't need speak Dutch. They don't even want to listen. Worst experience in NL.

β β β β β I have always found the staff at the practice doing their best to be helpful and efficient. Bearing in mind the heavy workload that everyone has, this must be difficult at times.

β β β β β I had an appointment for which I took a day off from work and when I reached for it the receptionist said about it was missing. She said that this was due to changing offices. So I scheduled a new appointment the the next week. Since it was a rainy day my trains from work were cancelled so I called the dedoc to tell them and the receptionist was very rude. I even took a taxi to reach and called dedoc again and she then rudely told me that my appointment was given away and that I should not call the office after 4:00. This clinic does not seem to be professional or helpful towards customers at all. As a clinic you should be the complete opposite.

β β β β β The receptionist sounds annoyed and giving me a big favor by switching to english. Once I arrived at the appointment time, I had to wait 45 minutes until I get called. I wonder what would happen if it was me who came late 45 minutes..
Once I get in and told him the issue, the doctor didn't bother to check me and just happily told me it will be gone "not that long". He told me to wait and come back next week if I still have the same issue. I mean, what if I didn't come today, hold the pain for 1 week, and just come the next week with the pain still there. Would he still tell me to wait for another 1 week??
In summary: I have to take a day off from work just to make the appointment, received by the receptionist who was annoyed to speak english, waited 45 minutes over the appointment time, and the doctor told me it is okay and just come back next week if I still have the issue.
I am not happy with the service.

β β β β β The doctors are hard to reach, even though their offices are spread all over the city center.
The assistants are not always friendly, and it doesn't matter whether you speak English or Dutch to them because they hardly ever understand what you say or even take the time to understand. You always get the feeling that you did something wrong when you call, because they sound so annoyed.
There's a long waiting time for appointments, both for scheduling and actually being received on time. The quality of the advice has improved over the years, but do expect to have to make several appointments for a single issue and to have a battle of wits with the assistant to be able to schedule an appointment.
In short, this is a doctor's office that makes its money from spreading its offices throughout the city and receiving a large pool of patients. They probably have more patients than they can actually cater to, hence they need a high toll so that they are not overcrowded.
I would have left long ago if it wasn't the only one my health insurance works together with in the neighborhood.

β β β β β You can get an appointment easily in one of the three locations. The Doctors are professional and they dedicated enough time to you. Some time you need to call twice to solve an issue related to making, confirming or rescheduling an appointment, as each receptionist might have a different way to access information or handle an issue (it happened twice to me).
