Needs some maintenance around the mill, such as the beams and gravel. Given the work, I understand that this will be the last step.

β β β β β Het meel voor notenvruchtenbrood hebben wij volgens recept verwerkt tot een brood. Veel werk, maar het resultaat vonden wij tegenvallen. Een chemische smaak proeven wij, maar uiteraard smaken verschillen. We kopen het notenvruchtenbrood liever bij de warme bakker in het dorp, waar wij wonen.
We have processed the flour for nut fruit bread into bread according to the recipe. A lot of work, but we found the result disappointing. We taste a chemical taste, but of course tastes differ. We prefer to buy the nut fruit bread at the bakery in the village, where we live.

Very nice. Visited as part of the open monument day. Had a very good and substantive tour from an apprentice miller.
