β β β β β When they do not try to tell you that having a price tag on display and asking for a different price on the paypost is not bad business but you see it wrong and their oppinion is something else and when you explain that you are not going to purchase the item becouse by principal you do not want to support bad business and has nothing to do with the 7β¬ diference and you get the wrong attitude answer"obviously it does", it is a sports supermarket , not specialised in something particular, with something for everyone to buy and strong point the prices .

I bought the Rockrider ST530 1x9.
While riding home I noticed the handlebars were crooked and not properly tightened or centered. The front brakes are rubbing against the disk and make a horrible squeaking noise at higher speeds. And the rear tire is mounted backwards. A few days ago my bike fell over and now the shifter is bent.

β β β β β Today i was in decathlon in Enschede to buy a bicycle and i had excellent experience. From the very begin i had help from friendly, polite and very professional employer named Donny. His will to help with information and to make you feel relaxed while you are in the shop is one of a kind and it is how shopping should be. After I chose a bicycle he did full service and made sure bicycle is safe and ready to ride. Once again thank you for everything and keep up with excellent work.

β β β β β The staffs are not friendly, especially in the bicycle section. It's heavily understaffed. For a simple accessories instllation they will make you wait for hours saying they are busy with other stuff. Overall not a nice experience...
