Voorkom dat je fiets gestolen wordt, en zet 'm altijd goed op slot. Al onze fietsen worden geleverd met ingebouwde dubbele sloten, en onze e-bikes hebben daarbovenop nog een slot voor de accu. Als hij toch gestolen wordt (of je raakt 'm kwijt) terwijl hij met 2 sloten op slot staat, betaal je een toeslag, afhankelijk van het type fiets. Maar relax, als je fiets onverhoopt toch gestolen wordt, helpen we je om aangifte te doen bij de politie en zorgen we dat je direct een nieuwe Swapfiets krijgt, zodat je binnen de kortst mogelijke tijd weer de weg op kunt.

Slechte service, en niemand weet ooit iets van de afspraken die er gemaakt worden. Komen eigen beloftes nooit na en lachen je ook nog aan de telefoon uit! Wat en rot bedrijf kan je nog beter een fiets kopen voor 150 euro krijg je ook nog iets beters dan zoon barrel fiets waarvan de remmen het niet doen. Leuk concept vandaar ook de 1 ster (plus minder kan niet) maar het uitvoeren van je diensten kan een kind van 12 nog beter.
Poor service, and nobody ever knows anything about the agreements that are made there. Never keep your own promises and also laugh at you on the phone! What and bad company you can better buy a bike for 150 euros you also get something better than son barrel bike whose brakes do not work. Nice concept hence the 1 star (plus less is not possible) but performing your services can be a child of 12 even better.

Super service altijd direct terecht (zonder afspraak). Fiets wordt gescand dan hebben ze alle gevens en hoef je enkel te wachten. Bij Lekke band kreeg ik direct andere fiets, zodat ik niet hoefde te wachten en bij zachte band ook even band fijn opgepompt. Heerlijk geen onderhoud meer zelf doen, scheelt weer hoop tijd en gedoe. Ik ben tevreden.
Super service always available immediately (without an appointment). Bike is scanned then they have all the data and you only have to wait. With a flat tire I immediately got another bike, so that I didn't have to wait and with a soft tire I also inflated the tire nicely. It's great not to do maintenance yourself, it saves a lot of time and hassle. I am satisfied.

This place is excellent!!! The girl at the reception (Bow was here name I think) was super super super helpful! I totally recommend to rent a bike from this shop!!!

After being a customer with them for over a year and having wonderful experinece with their bike, I am forced to give them a bad review! Couple of weeks back, my swapfiets was stolen from the front of my apartment for which I get a replacement (All good so far). However, a few days later, I found a bike that looked shady and like my stolen bike with its locks cut out, chain lock ripped apart and replaced with another kind of lock attached to its front wheel. I immediately informed the swapfiets about it and was told that it indeed was my stolen bike. A day later, swapfiets came and collected the bike. Now this is where the problem begins - Soon I see that I am being charged Euro.40/- for it. If the stolen bike was not found, I understand being charged for it because it was stolen. But I also was the one who found the stolen bike. What am I being charged for? For helping you retrieve YOUR bike? When contacting their customer service, the reply I get is "We always charge you the own risk even if you found your bike a few days later. That's why it's called 'your own risk'. We also recommend that you check your neighborhood before makeing an appointment to get a new bike. Unfortunately we can't do anything about the €40". So when my bike is stolen, I am supposed to report it within 24 hours. But at the same time, I should also check my neighborhood before reporting it. A joke of a policy! This incident says a lot about how you treat customers. Beware of their weird policy!

Make an appointment and wait in line for 30 minutes behind new customers without an appointment: 0 service for existing customers, cheap bikes that break easily and long waiting times for repairs/replacements.
