Ondanks dat wij gespecialiseerd zijn in het onderhoud van mountainbikes, kun je bij ons terecht voor het onderhoud van al jouw fietsen! Je stadsfiets, E-bike, racefiets of mountainbike is bij ons dus in goede handen! Ons streven is dat je fiets binnen één á twee werkdagen weer voor je klaar staat.

First the guy pretend he can't hear my mic and drops the call, at the second call he says I should pay a lot of money for the repair (300€), probably just to mock me again. I was just asking and not pretending, if this is the way you usually treat customers, good luck with this store!
