★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: More than 15 weeks after paying for the order there's no sofa and no updates (when I call they say they haven't heard anything from the manufacturer). A store voucher and a candle is not going to make me feel okay about the poor customer service, the delays and differing information provided by staff.
Original: I ordered (and paid for) two small sofas in July and they're still not ready. They waited more than 12 weeks to call and tell me there's a delay with the factory so the order won't be ready until mid November (and delivery would still need to be scheduled so I likely won't have them at home until the end of November). Things happen but I'm shocked that they didn't call me sooner. I wonder if they're currently selling sofas and promising they'll be ready before the end of the year...? I was told 8-12 weeks ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cute store, but waaay too busy. Current Corona rules are max 2 shoppers per floor on appointment only, but there were so many people it was impossible to keep 1.5 meter distance. We left without looking around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 for service! We stopped by during the busiest day of the week and still Christopher managed to take his time to help and advice us. We didn't place an order that day, but came back. We were helped again by Christopher, and were very happy with the service and the products .The service is impeccable, and the advice you get is valuable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service in shop was very good. However, I got promised things that have not been met. Had to wait an extra 5 weeks for my sofa. The worst was that I had to reach out to Decor to ask about my sofa, each time contact needed to come from my side. Got no compensation for anything, only more delays and excuses. Very hard to reach the store by phone, when I did, the manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t do anything for me and said that they would contact me.. they never did of course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10++++ for service! We ordered their GR-130 couch, which is big and we live on the 3rd floor. The guys did everything they could to make sure to deliver the couch in our apartment (over the roof, and down via the balcony in to the house). Even though it looked like it would be tricky due to the trees, they did everything they could and with succes! We now get to enjoy our super comfy couch. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went so smoothly. In-store, Imran was super friendly and helpful, wasn't overbearing or pushy. The way he treated us before he knew we were going to purchase something and after was exactly the same. Just genuinely nice. The sofa itself is great -- well made and extremely comfortable for something that is also nice to look at and ""design-y". The delivery logistics team was amazing. Super responsive, booked everything quickly. Bought sofa (in-stock) on a Saturday, had delivery logistics (to assess how to get the sofa in because it was big) on that Monday, and had the sofa delivered on Friday of same week. The whole process took 6 days! The delivery guys were excellent - Jessa and Dennis. Very friendly, helpful, and down to earth guys. Worked efficiently, always called 15 minutes before their arrival and were always on time or early. One piece of our sofa was extremely wide, and they worked really hard to get it through our window. At one point we didn't think it was going to work, but they didn't give up and made it happen. Set everything up for us after. Really great experience with every stage of the Decor process, which is rare. Thank you all!
