Dandy Bathrooms Amsterdam is a bathroom design store at his finest! A surprising and inviting 140m2 bathroom shop with a regularly changing mix of sanitary, ceramic tiles, natural stone, accessories, design and objects. Anyone with a taste for good design will find something beautiful in our design store.
The Dandy Bathrooms Shop in Amsterdam is owned by Carolien Deijkers who is a master in unburdening and realizing feeling. Her years of experience in the interior & sanitary world as a commercial employee, consultant and designer at, Wonen 2000 - De Kasstoor, Studio Jan des Bouvrie and Intercodam makes her a valuable hands-on sparring partner with a special feeling for colors and materials.
In addition, Carolien has a large network of professionals and suppliers. Has a great knowledge of materials, products and design. This makes Carolien available for various consultancy assignments, varying from refurbishment to styling and from color advice to purchasing a complete bathroom interior.
In the Dandy Bathrooms Studio we work closely with each individual client to ensure that every space in the house fits the client's personality. Helping clients by listening and translating their wishes into a timeless interior that they had not dared to dream of is something that she is good at. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samen met Carolien onze badkamer laten renoveren. In het process was ze flexibel, luisterde goed naar onze input, en er is uiteindelijk een prachtige badkamer uit voort gekomen! We zijn er ontzettend blij mee.
Ze heeft ons ook gerefereerd naar een aannemer waar we erg blij mee waren (Leonda). Ze hebben iets moois gemaakt op basis van de ontwerpen die Carolien geleverd heeft.
Kleine algemene noot: Het blijft belangrijk om zowel bij de aannemer, als in het ontwerpproces er bovenop te blijven zitten qua wensen, omdat deze partijen geen gedachten kunnen lezen!
 Renovate our bathroom together with Carolien. She was flexible in the process, listened carefully to our input, and in the end a beautiful bathroom was created! We are very happy with it.
She also referred us to a contractor we were very happy with (Leonda). They have made something beautiful based on the designs that Carolien has supplied.
Small general note: It remains important to stay on top of the wishes, both with the contractor and in the design process, because these parties cannot read minds!

The company provided me with incorrect information about the item, delivering the product that I wouldn't have bought if I'd been properly informed. There was also a 4-week delay. The heavy item was left on the street in front of the apartment building and not delivered directly to the apartment. The company was completely uncooperative and made me pay the full amount.

The store has a beautiful selection of products I couldn’t find in the larger generic bathroom stores. Delighted with my black marble bathroom tiles. Top quality at a very reasonable price. When my tiler damaged my floor, Carolien personally delivered me a free replacement tile from her store at no cost, over one year after my original purchase. Incredible! Dank u wel Carolien! ?

I came to Carolien after two trips to other shops - one where I was told that they would not help me because they only do work over a longer time period AND they needed to do turnkey projects ("we take people through a design journey") and the central wholesaler.
Carolien was wonderful. She took the time and showed me the options, communicated with me regularly and was able to source tiles I had to spent a week tracking in 2 days - and all this for someone who didn't buy everything at her shop.
Completely recommend her above everyone else in Amsterdam.
