Within 5 minutes we received an environmental sticker. Top service, we didn't have to tell us what we needed. They knew immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir mussten nicht warten und der Prüfer war sehr nett. Die Kinder durften mit 'prüfen', so dass die auch beschäftigt waren. Also alles gut.
We did not have to wait and the examiner was very nice. The children were allowed to 'check' so they were busy too. All right.

Very rude and rude staff. Disrespectful to customers! Can you still listen to insulting slogans when you come to pick up the car? Sad that such a staff works there ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen sehr netten Prüfer. Für mich zählt immer als erstes der Mensch. Und der Prüfer war einfach toll. Hat auch alles erklärt und nicht einfach nur sein Ding gemacht. Gehe ich nächstes Mal gerne wieder hin. Und dafür das man da keinen Termin machen muss ging es recht zügig, kenne ich von anderen Werkstätten anders, da muss man sein Auto abgeben und hat es erst am nächsten Tag wieder.
We had a very nice examiner. For me, people always count first. And the examiner was just great. Also explained everything and didn't just do his thing. I'll go back next time. And because you don't have to make an appointment, it went very quickly, I know it differently from other workshops, you have to hand in your car and don't have it again until the next day.
