★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al tientallen jaren een te smalle halte, als je dronken bent mag je best oppassen dat je er niet onder de tram valt. Er valt prima een stukje van de stoep op de hoek van de Hemsterhuisstraat en de Vondelstraat en de stoep aan de overkant bij de Elandstraat te versmallen, zodat de halte breder en daardoor ook veiliger kan worden gemaakt.
 Too narrow a stop for decades, if you are drunk you should be careful not to fall under the tram. A piece of the sidewalk on the corner of Hemsterhuisstraat and Vondelstraat and the sidewalk on the other side of the Elandstraat could easily be narrowed, so that the stop can be made wider and therefore safer.
