However, he did charge me β¬160 for medicine that turned out not to be necessary at all.

β β β β β The receptionist-nurse was very rude because I was late for 5'. The vet was ok for both times we were visiting. Unfortunately I think that she tried to sell more medicines than needed and I understood it a little bit later when she convinced me that even the antiflea medicine should be bought from them to be good for an upcoming flight that we have arranged to travel with my pet in cabin. I know it was my mistake I went there 2 times but I am new in the Hague. I do not recommend this vet!!

β β β β β I come here for my pup. He was really sick one time so we came in. They were helpful and compassionate. The only gripe I would have is that they werenβt open over the weekend so we had to go to a sister clinic. The sister clinic was a little more expensive but the Vet there was excellent. Otherwise, they are easy in and out. I got my puppy passport and all his shots here.

β β β β β They didn't reply to my email. My cat had small seizures and after the medication she had really bad seizures. She was given medication for dogs which are way stronger. I had to put her to sleep in a week. The positive side of going to this clinic was fast appointment. The treatment ended in bad seizures and had to put my cat to sleep in a week. Always ask for second opinion if you have the resources.
