β β β β β Slechte communicatie. Wij huren al bijna 2 jaar MS vastgoed. Het ene probleem na het andere probleem in ons appartement. Regelmatig Geen warm water, geen stroom (door een lek in de meter kast) en de verwarming die steeds kapot is. Er word vrij weinig aan gedaan, want de problemen blijven terug keren. Op de mails word niet gereageerd. Misschien op een openbare recensie wel.
 Bad communication. We have been renting MS real estate for almost 2 years. One problem after another problem in our apartment. Regularly No hot water, no electricity (due to a leak in the meter box) and the heating that is always broken. Very little is done about it, because the problems keep recurring. Emails are not responded to. Maybe on a public review.

β β β β β I live at one of your apartments for the last two years and your service over the last 6-12 months has been beyond terrible. No hot water 15 times in two months, sometimes I can't take a shower for 3 days in a row. You say you will fix it, then don't fix it, then say you'll fix it and replace the boiler, then don't fix it, then replace the boiler, then there are more problems, then you blame the old repair company, then delay some more, then don't respond to calls. I mean... do your job. You know our house number, come fix the problem properly.
