★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience I bought my bike from this shop at the beginning I was happy with the bike , it seemed pretty good but I bought it expensive and after not even one week I was cycling and then the wheel came off while I was cycling which was so dangerous. When I passed by another store in Den haag since I was not in Delft at that time the owner of the store in den Haag told me it's normall since the whole bikee is rustyyy and cheap quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to collect a package after 5 days of its arrival and the package was not there anymore.
Later on the same day, I went there again for my package, which according to UPS was there, but the owner of DENA bike said that or they returned it or they never received it (but according to UPS he did, and his name stated in the proof of delivery).
According to UPS, packages should be only returned after 10 days of their arrival, but my package was returned much earlier (or lost among other packages, which lied spread on the floor there...) and DENA bike claimed that I only went to collect it after 10 days (which is impossible, as I registered a complaint about the lost package 5 days after its arrival).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son and I bought a bike and a chain lock in this shop. We did not receive any invoice and had to ask specifically for it. When I finally received it via email, the 2 goods were not itemized. Few days later the lock did not open anymore and my son returned it. He was answered that there is no guarantee for the 25 EUR lock. In the EU there is a mandatory warranty on goods sold. I find it highly unethical that they exploit kids.
