★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absolutely amazing, seriously. The best customer service ever.
What they did for us yesterday was so nice that no words can describe it. My son had an accident yesterday (hit by a car, he's okay)- the guys came to our home, took the old bike, brought a new one. Then the person who stopped by noticed that the kid was still in shock - he talked to him, adjusted the seat, waited for my son to test it and then said to us that he understands that we had a rough day and he wont be charging us for the repairs (the damage wasn't huge, but still..!)
We're very grateful, thank you Swapfiets Delft, you're awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling 3 days in a row, waiting for about 20 minutes on each call and still no-one is picking it up. I doubt you are as busy as that, or you must have problems with amount of people dedicated to phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company dedicated mainly around scamming people by providing bad customer service, lying about the specifics of the contract and not offering the so selled repairing service randomly, as their shop appears closed without prior notice when they want. Leaving customers unknown around when to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've got a appointment on website for Sunday but actually the shop never open at weekend. Then we called, and got a appointment again for Monday morning. Again.. the shop is still not opened because the shift is sick. I'm quite surprised, cause I thought you are a quiet famous and good bike shop, but you don't even have a shift for replacement.
There was a lot of people (at least 30 people) were waiting to pick up bike, but there are no information on the door for opening time. We've only received a mail for the cancellation of the appointment only 30min after the appointment time. We have to call you again to know when the shop will be opened.
You guys told us for 13:30, and we have waited in front of the shop for 30min again! Of course, the staff was late...
Then, new problem arrived, there was no more small and lower bike in the shop! There was 3 small bike but the staff said they didn't work, it must be some technical issues.
Really bad experience, and we have to pay more 19.5€ if it's the first time we rent a bike. (it's writing on the website on small font size)
