 I am glad that I could come to the practice. Richard is a sweet and competent dentist and I feel at ease with him. That is important to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas valt de goeie service van tandarts Richard in het niet, ik zit al sinds klein kind bij deze tandarts onder zijn vorige praktijk. Maar het is de onbehoorlijke receptie medewerkster. Enorm brutaal. Temperament tot het dak, en onprofessioneel. Ik ga hier nog een officiële inhoudelijke klacht over indienen.
Unfortunately, the good service of dentist Richard is insignificant, I have been with this dentist since I was a child under his previous practice. But it's the inappropriate front desk clerk. Extremely brutal. Temperament to the roof, and unprofessional. I am going to file an official substantive complaint about this.

De tandarts was er al snel over uit dat mijn verstandskiesgetrokken moeten worden dus dit hebben we meteen gedaan. Het ging allemaal heel snel en zonder pijn.
Called this morning due to toothache, was able to get in the same day.
The dentist was soon convinced that my wisdom tooth had to be extracted, so we did this immediately. It all happened very quickly and without pain.

Besides very poor communication, not satisfied at all.
