Noch immer nicht fertig mit der Renovierung. Dafür ist Kundenservice "besser" geworden. Vor der Renovierung waren es 4 Automaten, 2 für Ein und für Auszahlungen vorhanden, für Kontoauszüge und Überweisungen auch 2. Und nun nur noch 1 für Auszahlung und Einzahlungen (Einzahlungen geht nicht Automat ist die 2 Woche schon defekt).Der Techniker ist informiert (das natürlich auch seit ca. 2 Wochen)Respekt, läuft bei Euch. Kontoauszug auch nur noch 1 Automat. Das nenne ich mal Kundenservice.
Update 02.02.2021.Heute um 10.30 Uhr versucht Geld zu bekommen. War nicht möglich, Automat für Einzahlung oder Auszahlung war wiedermal oder immer noch defekt.
Das ist Kundenservice. Weiter so.
Selbst der eine Stern ist nicht gerechtfertigt.Kann nur besser werden, vielleicht auch nicht.

Still not done with the renovation. But customer service has become "better". Before the renovation there were 4 machines, 2 for deposits and withdrawals, and 2 for bank statements and transfers, and now only 1 for withdrawals and deposits (deposits do not work, the machine is already defective for 2 weeks). The technician is informed ( that of course for about 2 weeks) respect, works for you. Account statement also only 1 machine. That's what I call customer service.
Update 02/02/2021, tried to get money today at 10.30 a.m. Was not possible, the machine for deposit or withdrawal was repeated or still defective.
That is customer service. Keep it up.
Even one star is not justified; it can only get better, maybe not.
02/05/2021 The machine for the payout is still defective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online einen Termin gemacht, Terminbestätigung bekommen. Dann zum Termin wird mir gesagt dass die Person nicht da ist und mir auch sonst keiner mit meinem Anliegen helfen kann. Sprit und Parkkosten für nichts. Nicht zu empfehlen.
Made an appointment online, received appointment confirmation. Then at the appointment I am told that the person is not there and that nobody else can help me with my request. Fuel and parking costs for nothing. Not recommendable.
