★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Postbote bringt uns die Briefe nicht weil er angeblich unseren Namen am Briefkasten nicht lesen konnte. Der Zettel ist zwar ausgeglichen aber immer noch leserlich und als wir ihn dann drauf angesprochen haben das Briefe fehlen, ist er ohne was zu sagen ins Auto gestiegen und gefahren. Das Personal am Schalter ist nett und hilfsbereit ( deswegen auch der 1 sterne statt 0) aber die Auswahl der Postboten sollte man nochmal überdenken!!!
The postman doesn't bring us the letters because he supposedly couldn't read our name on the mailbox. The note is balanced but still legible and when we asked him about the missing letters, he got into the car and drove without saying anything. The staff at the counter is nice and helpful (that's why the 1 star instead of 0) but the choice of postmen should be reconsidered!
