★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely consitently the worst of the worst package delivery in amsterdam west. Since years at multiple addresses deliveries that never arrive while track and trace says chauffeur is al langs geweest. Or deliverues expected in a day take days even a week with no further explanation. Just business as usual. I avoid buying from any company that exclusively works with dhl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A delivery window of 8am to 6pm does not help at all. Please narrow it down to a couple of hours. Customers cannot spend their lives just waiting for packages

No attempted delivery to my address, instead the package went straight to this depot out in the middle of nowhere that's only open during business hours on weekdays - so impossible to collect from. They ignore direct messages and the only way to phone is through a premium rate line. Second time this has happened. I'd never use DHL voluntarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company full of polaks and other foreigners while people who speak dutch and were born here and have the proper papers to work in logistics have trouble finding jobs. They dont even clean out their trucks, your packages arent in good hands here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently attempted delivery on a day I was working from home. There was no delivery, I was looking out my window like a hawk. Now I have to drive to the middle of nowhere during a work day. Avoid DHL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not informed (no call, no email )by anyone as they beautifully said that I can choose a preferred DHL Parcel to pick up my package, so now I have to go to the middle of no where to pick up my stuff on weekdays in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same for me, apparently attempted delivery twice when I was working from home. No card, no phone call and doorbell not rung by DHL.
They’ve done it again just a text message telling me I wasn’t in!!! Lazy, useless and dishonest.

Irresponsible customer service never have solved any issues if you are a business stay away from DHL at all costs otherwise will loos a lot of money and have a lot of stress
