β β β β β Do not use this company. Do not order from companies that use them for shipping. We ordered something with next day shipping. That was a week and a half ago and it's still not here. Someone at GLS scratched the postcode off of our shipment, changed it to a postcode in another city with the same street name and number, and then delivered it to someone else. They forged the signature on the proof of receipt claiming that my wife signed it. Luckily the person they delivered it to managed to find us to get in touch, which let us finally get a GLS to do something to fix the problem. They picked it up and are supposedly redelivering it to us, but we have been promised that it will be delivered in the morning 3 times now and still nothing. Shame on you GLS.

β β β β β This is the worst delivery company every. Package was meant to be delivered in 7 days and weβre going into 3 weeks now with the package still not being delivered. The delivery driver has βtriedβ to deliver 2 times.... Iβve been home every single day and havenβt left the house yet the delivery driver never even rang the bell or knocked on the door. So sick of this god dam delivery service. Just causes headaches.

β β β β β Gls said my package was delivered and I signed for it. Not possible as I was at work and now no one Knows we're my package is. I got a email saying I need to contact the shipper. Why??? GLS had my package and it was delivered to some one some way. Customer service is a joke. Rude people. You are the worst shipping company out there. How do you still have a business and why do companies ship with you. I will never order if your company is shipping company

β β β β β first, when he did not want to deliver the parcels, he entered the wrong address, the parcels were damaged. I do not recommend using their services.

β β β β β Packages was deemed delivered at the neighbour, under a person's name that does not live there. When I tried to contact them to resolve the missing package, they simply told me they could not reach the driver that the shop should send me another package.

β β β β β The package was marked as delivered at a neighbor. I checked with the tenant of the apartment that was indicated in the details, and they never received anything, plus nobody under that name lives in the building. Not to mention that there was no need to leave it at someone, because the package could easily fit in the mail box. I called GLS and they claimed that the driver is outside his working hours and can't be reached. When I asked whether I could call during working hours so they reach the driver, the person on the phone hesitated and told me that the sender should contact them. Worst service ever.
