★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag en gister 4 keer gebeld en alle keren in de wacht gestaan (+/- 5 minuten) tot je te horen krijgt dat door drukte ze niet kunnen opnemen en de verbinding verbroken gaat worden. Totaal onbereikbaar dus. Wachtwoord opvragen op de website werkt ook niet, inloggen ook niet. Levertijd van (vooraf betaalde) ring is niet gehaald en krijg steeds excuses maar leveren doen ze niet. Hopen dat hij ooit nog aan komt..
 Called 4 times today and yesterday and have been on hold every time (+/- 5 minutes) until you hear that due to crowds they cannot answer and the connection will be broken. So completely unreachable. Request password on the website does not work, nor does login. Delivery of (pre-paid) ring has not been reached and I always get apologies, but they do not deliver. Hoping he will arrive sometime ..

What a scammers say. I buy a ring of 1800 euros for my wife. What appears afterwards ?? That they have put a used ring on. What I found out by chance. Do you want to be scammed? Then you have to be here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De gekochte goud/ wit gouden ring is na 10 maanden gebruiken stuk gegaan. Bij het terug brengen wordt er non chalant gereageerd dat dit allen door eigen toedoen komt en worden er hoge reparatie kosten gerekend met weinig service. Na meerdere sieraden hier te hebben gekocht geeft de service en klant vriendelijkheid wat te wensen over.
The purchased gold / white gold ring broke after 10 months of use. When returning, there is a non-chalant response that this is all due to own fault and high repair costs are charged with little service. After buying several pieces of jewelry here, the service and customer friendliness leaves something to be desired.

Really great help from Olivia! great service. It's just a shame that they are unreachable by phone for a long time, but the service in the store was top notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koop vooral niks Bij Diamondpoint.nl. De meeste arrogante mensen die je kan verwachten aan de telefoon bij de Klantenservice. In de winkel ben ik keurig geholpen. Niet voor te stellen van een bedrijf zoals Diamond Point. Mijn vriend heeft mij ten huwelijk gevraagd met een ring van Diamond point. Was helaas iets te groot daardoor moest de ring kleiner besteld worden, maar de manier waarop je door de klantenservice telefonisch te woord word gestaan is arrogantie tot en met en totaal niet klant vriendelijk ! Doe hier wat mee Diamond Point!
Do not buy anything at Diamondpoint.nl. Most arrogant people you can expect on the phone at Customer Service. I was well taken care of in the store. Unimaginable from a company like Diamond Point. My boyfriend proposed to me with a Diamond point ring. Unfortunately, it was a bit too big, so the ring had to be ordered smaller, but the way in which you are spoken to by customer service by phone is arrogance up to and including and not customer friendly at all! Do something with this Diamond Point!

Wonderful service, they really listen to what you want, your budget and didn't immediately bring out the higher end. I felt comfortable and welcome.
You walk passed some wonderful stores and other jewlery sellers and we went into one before this store, I was close to loving another ring, it was double the price and not quite right but one i would go back to for a second looked, thank goodness I continued on as the ring we found is perfect, I'm nearly as in love with it as my partner.
I think he might be too as it was half the price.. "jokes"
