L	Laura Dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goedkoop is hier echt duurkoop. Deze fietsenmaker heeft geen idee hoe het hoort in de wereld van de fietsenmakers. Hij plakt zijn eigen stickers op fietsen die niet bij hem vandaan komen en dat is echt not done. Daarnaast kwam ik er na een uur al achter dat mijn nieuwe zadel niet goed was voor mijn rug, maar ik mocht deze niet meer ruilen, iets wat ik bij andere fietsenmakers nog nooit heb meegemaakt. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug. Cheap is really expensive here. This bicycle repairman has no idea how things should work in the world of bicycle repairers. He sticks his own stickers on bicycles that do not come from him and that is really not done. In addition, I discovered after an hour that my new saddle was not good for my back, but I was no longer allowed to exchange it, something I have never experienced at other bicycle repair shops. We will never come back here.

Diverse andere fietsenmakers gaven aan niets te kunnen betekenen. Deze man(nen) zijn kundig, adviseren goed, werken snel, en doen dit tegen een zeer concurrerende prijs. Top! Great, my 30-year-old Giant racing bike rolls and shifts fantastic. Test passed in England well. Various other bicycle makers indicated that they could mean nothing. These men are skilled, advise well, work quickly, and do this at a very competitive price. Top!

Er waren enkele issues aan de fiets waar Diego niks kon aan doen en blijkbaar aan de fiets eigen waren. Diego en zijn collega's hebben hun uiterste best gedaan om deze te fixen. Ook al kwam ik later terug met hetzelfde probleem. Alles werd binnen de garantie gefixt! Beide heren zijn altijd vrolijk en vriendelijke en hebben duidelijk kennis van zaken en hart voor de zaak. Een aanrader! Bought a Giant E-bike six months ago for a good price. There were some issues on the bike that Diego couldn't do anything about and apparently were inherent to the bike. Diego and his colleagues have gone out of their way to fix it. Even though I came back later with the same problem. Everything was fixed within the warranty! Both gentlemen are always cheerful and friendly and clearly have knowledge of the business and heart for the business. Recommended!

Luckily they were able to pick it up after closing time and I was able to pick it up the next day! The price was also less than I expected it to be so overall a great experience. Especially if you have or want a giant bike as they are an official dealer.

Earlier I took my racing bike to another bike shop for a maintenance, they couldn't (or were lazy) fix the annoying sound when I biked on the smallest gear. Then I took my bike to Diego2wielers, told them what's been bothering me, they fixed it within a day. Would definitely recommend this place to people who need help with their bikes!
