B	B David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience is very bad, my cat had a cyst and I went to take a test if it is anything serious, like cancer. The doctor said he will call me about the result. Never did. I had to pop in and ask myself. An other time, my cat had a sting on his jaw and he couldn't eat for days, they said just wait few days and if it is still there go for a check up. In the end I had to go in and the doctor started to talk about his teeth and and thyroid. He recommended a blood test for it which could have cost me €185. I asked why is this blood test so expensive as I had blood test before for my cat and it was way more cheap. His answer was that maybe it wasn't for so many things as he wants to request to check on. For God's sake we were talking about a thyroid test and then he wanted to check few other without telling me what and why? Ridiculous! They don't have a price list anywhere places clearly so I call this a robbery. I have found a very nice VET where the blood test for thyroid cost me €30. The only good thing about this clinic is the sweet receptionist. Always kind and helpful!

G	Gary Hymes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful Veterinarian - animal doctor. "Dieren" means "animals" in Dutch. It took me a little longer to find them online searching for the English term, "veterinarian". They were very friendly and helpful to me and my two doggies. The doctor is excellent and very caring. He spent so much time with Amos and Kendall I was worried about the next appointment after mine. Turns out, they cleared plenty of time for us - not like at home! His exam room is very spacious and bright with windows. It even has a view of the canal! Very nice office with everything you need - they also test the blood right there while you are with the doctor. The prices are reasonable. Great for expats! Super safe location off of a major road but tucked behind a restaurant and fire department. Double doors to enter so animals can't escape by accident.

They answered the children's questions about a procedure and called up the next day after our pet's operation to ask how she was doing. If your poor cat has to be sterilised (it really is a good thing to do, we now understand), then I'd recommend getting these guys to do it.

D	Douglas Dickinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, English isn't a problem. They'll talk over all options, not just expensive treatments. If they don't have something in stock they will order it for you. Our dog want a to stop and visit when we walk by, so she's definitely not traumatized :-)
N	Nina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever with our dog here: two assistants were failing to correctly collect some blood of our dog. They eventually shaved a part of his paw but still did not manage to collect some blood. In addition to that, they showed very unprofessional behavior: employees walking in and out in the private room while we had a consult there (our dog was very distracted by every person walking in continuously),full power grabbing him while our dog is very well trained and no need at all for such physical extreme behavior. After the assistants kept failing with collecting blood, my partner asked for the real veterinarian to finish it. The veterinarian was busy and would help us asap. However, an emergency happened and after 1 full hour of waiting for the veterinarian, the receptionist told us the veterinarian was not able to help us anymore today. In sum: 1,5h here, our dogs paw is shaved and NO blood is collected at all. They even had the guts to tell us when we left that we "didn't have to pay for this". What, were they expecting we would pay for such a horrible experience? Total waste of time.
