Ze begreep meteen de lastige situatie, ondernam meteen aktie om de machtiging voor de juiste voeding te regelen, zodat er daags erna al de eerste zending onderweg was. Het was voor mij zo fijn, om eindelijk na zoveel telefoontjes iemand aan de lijn te krijgen, die zei: "ik snap je probleem en ik ga nu aktie ondernemen." Ik ben zeer tevreden.
 At a time when I had to order the right diet food for my seriously ill father and could not get the right support anywhere, just one phone call with Mrs. Schook was enough.
She immediately understood the difficult situation, took immediate action to arrange the authorization for the correct food, so that the first shipment was on its way the next day. It was so nice for me to finally get someone on the line after so many phone calls, who said: "I understand your problem and I will take action now." I'm very satisfied.
