★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposedly their Gov.uk verify service takes around 15 minutes to register with. Six hours of wasted time later, I can confidently say that it does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As important as their product can be I have mostly had issues when using it to sign into websites. And when an issue happens and you call them to find out what is causing it the answering machine says that it's too busy and they simply hang up...
Really bad practise

The rest of the workers are also all very nice, helpful and greeted me with smiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the idea is a good one but..... I found this really difficult to use. I may not be the sharpest tool in the box, but I would say I am a reasonably intelligent and capable person. I found myself going round and in circles, very confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 hours of wasted time trying to log onto my pension. ID passport accepted but driving licence unaccepted. Even when I fill details in manually. Been blocked so many times and asked to try again in 15 mins. As a nearly retired 65 year old, this site is so annoying.
