★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had more than one time the impression that the houses were already promised to somebody, still they arranged appointments to visit them and dragged you there just to tell you later that it was sold: my opinion is, although apparently they look kind, that they are the kind of real estate agent who want to create "panic" in the market and pull up the prices.

Used my house to upsell other houses.. after one year still no serious offer, no personal feedback.. total lack of Communication, plus the fee charged it not usual.. prime objective was not to sell our house, but to delay as long as possible.
Appears Total fraudulent. Use professional and serious agent . Avoid this one if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of transparency all the way through the process and deals with buyers in a highly unethical and dishonest way. They would go as far as telling false information, confirming the deals when they negotiate with other potential buyers and still taking offers after the verbal agreement was concluded. When questioned about it they Hide behind legal explanations, but business should be more about ethics and trust than using the legal frameworks to maximise commissions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend Dijkhuizen for the amazing services they provide. Their experience in this industry along with the calm approach makes the process so easy and flawless. Their fair advise on the homes are amazing, as they are not looking to close you with any deal but with the best deal.
I was worried that being an expat it would be very difficult with the language barrier, but they are pure professionals who understand what is the expat need and arrange alternatives. Suggestions on the financial advisor, Notary and Translators on deed date everything is arranged under their guidance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm Glad to have hired them to work for me to get my Dream house in Zoetermeer.
Being an expat, I didn't know much of how the system/market works here.so I had way more than usual number of questions to ask while going forward with this decision. But to my surprise, They were very quick, friendly and accurate in responding to my queries which helped me better to make a deal quicker despite the hot and fast moving market. Their expert knowledge was vey much significant and helpful for me right from choosing the right neighborhood to deciding the right amount to go ahead with bidding!
Overall, an efficient and friendly Makelaars that I know and I'll strongly recommend them to my friends & Colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude. Apparently they had a complaint that I was 'impolite' and wanted me to speak normal english. I have never been called impolite. They ended up mocking me and I had to disconnect and decided never to view one of their houses again.
