β β β β β Uitermate tevreden over deze praktijk. Ook de assistentes zijn zee behulpzaam! Ben erg blij met beide doktoren alsmede ook beide assistentes.
Extremely satisfied with this practice. The assistants are also very helpful! I am very happy with both doctors and both assistants.

β β β β β Onbereikbare dokter, met een vreselijke assistent. Totaal niet vriendelijk en geven uitslagen 9/10 keer niet door.
Als je op de korte termijn uitslagen wilt of geholpen wilt worden dan is deze huisartspraktijk geen aanrader.
Unreachable doctor, with a terrible assistant. Not friendly at all and do not pass on results 9/10 times.
If you want results or want help in the short term, then this general practice is not recommended.

β β β β β Ik zou graag een hogere score willen geven omdat de huisarts zelf erg sympathiek is, maar het komt veel te vaak voor dat ik bij de apotheek kom en dat blijkt dat mijn herhaalrecepten niet zijn doorgegeven. Heb zelfs een keer doodleuk te horen gekregen van de assistente dat ik dan maar niet het online systeem had moeten gebruiken, maar naar mijn ervaring is het met de receptenlijn echt niet beter. Dus als je vaak herhaalrecepten nodig hebt dan kan ik deze praktijk helaas niet aanbevelen. Nogmaals, wat mij betreft niks ten nadele van de huisarts zelf.
I would like to give a higher score because the doctor himself is very sympathetic, but it is far too often that I visit the pharmacy and it turns out that my repeat prescriptions have not been passed on. I was even told once by the assistant that I should not have used the online system, but in my experience it is really no better with the recipe line. So if you often need repeat prescriptions then unfortunately I cannot recommend this practice. Again, as far as I am concerned, nothing to the detriment of the doctor himself.

β β β β β Telefonisch slecht bereikbaar, altijd 5-10 minuten later dan openingstijd. Afspraken lopen altijd uit, je bent dus nooit aan de beurt op het tijdstip dat je een afspraak hebt. Heel hinderlijk is de radio in de wachtkamer, deze staat heel hard, omdat de telefoniste vertrouwelijke gesprekken voert in een open ruimte.
Difficult to reach by phone, always 5-10 minutes later than opening time. Appointments always run late, so it is never your turn at the time that you have an appointment. The radio in the waiting room is very annoying, it is very loud, because the operator is conducting confidential conversations in an open space.

β β β β β Extremely rude assistant and never reachable by phone doctor (only 30 minutes per day). After calling almost every day for 3 weeks in a row I was finally put in a waiting line where I spen 20 minutes with only 1 other person before me. Eventually, I was "greeted" by the very rude assistant who asked me to wait another 10 minutes. When I finally asked to speak to the doctor I was notified I can't speak to the doctor because it is 5 minutes after the her "spraakuur".
After that I was asked if I speak Dutch and since my Dutch is not very good I was told I can't be helped further and she hang up the phone...

β β β β β Awful experience with the assistant.
The assistant is an extremely rude person. I have never had such a treat in my life. When I'm trying to make appointments by phone, she only replies in Dutch (even though it's obvious that I can't understand it).
Few days ago, she had to make me an electrocardiogram. It was aweful. She only wanted to give me the instructions in Dutch. I had to ask FIVE TIMES for her to change to English and of couse she got very annoyed.
Today I went to ask for the results of my tests and she was rude again.
I really can't believe such a person is responsible to deal with customers. I noticed that they have deleted other reviews that exposed the same issue in the past.
I've registered in this medical centrum for around two years. The only reason I haven't changed it is that the dr. van der Zee is actually a very nice person. I had made my complaints with the doctors, but I don't see any improvement.
I hope the medical centre change her soon.

β β β β β Some weeks ago I was searching for a doctor to register close to my house. I moved only recently in the Netherlands, and I'm currently studying at Leiden University so I was not informed about how the Dutch healthcare system works. So, when I finally managed to find a medical center while being already sick, I called numerous times in this one, but they were always unavailable. I decided to go there in person, in order to ask for a registration. Initially they told me that I should call next morning between 8-10 as these were the only hours that an appointment could be made(!) When I explained that I couldn't reach them by phone, an "assistant" came in and asked (not exactly politely) the friend of mine in which doctor she is currently registered to. My friend found the question irrelevant and refused to answer since she only came to help (I was the patient, and apparently I could not be registered in the same doctor as my friend since we leave in a different place!!). Then the "assistant" told me that she cannot accept me in this medical center and I should find another doctor to be registered to. When I asked her the reason, she didn't tell me, as apparently, there was no legitimate reason for doing so. I asked her name and she also refused to give it.
To conclude, I found it very unprofessionally to behave like that to patients (by that time I was sick and worried about finding a doctor). I've been to many countries but this is the first time that I've witnessed something like that and it certainly surprises me since the Dutch people seem generally kind, as I've seen from the months that I live here.
