J	Jeanine Buckens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sushi op 12 mei (mijn verjaardag) besteld om 18.40 uur; bezorgtijd zou 50 minuten zijn. Na een uur gebeld, de bestelling waren ze mee bezig en zou nog 20 minuten duren. Nog een uur later nog steeds niks... Telefoon werd niet meer opgenomen, en het was bijna 21 uur (sluitingstijd) dus besloten zelf naar sushipoint te rijden... Bleek dat de bezorger net weg was. Uiteindelijk 2,5 uur op de bestelling moeten wachten! Dat is 1,5 uur meer dan verwacht!! En dat op mijn verjaardag... was toch een kleine domper :( Gelukkig was de sushi wel lekker. Ik hoop dat sushipoint beter communiceert in de toekomst en beter aan de verwachtingen kan voldoen! Sushi ordered on May 12 (my birthday) at 6:40 PM; delivery time would be 50 minutes. After an hour called, the order they were working on and would take another 20 minutes. Still an hour later still nothing ... Phone was no longer answered, and it was almost 9 pm (closing time) so decided to drive to sushi point ... It turned out that the delivery person had just left. Finally have to wait 2.5 hours for the order! That is 1.5 hours more than expected !! And that on my birthday ... was a little disappointment :( Fortunately, the sushi was tasty. I hope that sushi point will communicate better in the future and better meet expectations!

Sushi's leken door elkaar geschud en waren kapot. Kwaliteit was mweh. Verwacht meer voor 32 euro en 75 minuten wachttijd. Delivery driver handed over the bag of sushi as if he had never heard of covid19. The content was also a mess. Sushi's seemed to be shaken and broken. Quality was mweh. Expect more for 32 euros and 75 minutes of waiting time.

Toen wilde ik terugbellen, waren ze niet te bereiken! Bestelling na 1 uur en 3 kwartier bezorgd. Nooit meer. Order placed, after 1.5 I was called asking if I have received the order? They should be aware of that, you would think... Then I wanted to call back, they could not be reached! Order delivered after 1 hour and 45 minutes. Never again.
M	MichaelJohannes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zou ze een 100 geven als het kon. Altijd heerlijk en super aardig personeel. Snap soms de reacties van die zeikerds niet zo. Je kan geen 1 ster gaan geven als het de bezorger zijn schuld is of die van de bestelsite. Het zijn allemaal mensen dus foutjes kunnen gebeuren. I would give them a 100 if I could. Always delicious and super nice staff. Sometimes I don't understand the reactions of those bastards. You can't give 1 star if it's the delivery person's fault or that of the order site. They are all human so mistakes can happen.
A	Al DAmour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not Even think to order from them, you will not receive your order at all, and if you receive it you will be waiting for long time , I have ordered from them on 14th of February, By Uber Eats, they took too long they Do not answer the phone, and, I was not able to cancel the order, then after long time they called to ask about my address as if it’s not available on the app to justify their failure, Uber Eats Did not refund needs neither the restaurant, bad experience and unprofessional restaurant and Uber Eats is really disappointing me.

R	Robin Bul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered sushi from Sushipoint by Ubereats. Of my order only the yakitori was good enough. The tempura shrimps were way too salty. The crispy sushi was more like soggy sushi. The other sushis were bland and tasteless. Not worth the money in my opinion. Better options to order sushi exist and I will not order here again.
