★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place, got there at 17:30 with my daughter to buy a necklace for her. The security guy would not let us in because the shop closes at 18:00!!
Unbelievable, never had such a bad shopping experience in my live. Awful service. They guy would not even listen to me and was not willing to ask the shopmanager to still let us in. We had even called that day to check if the necklace was in stock.
It’s because my daughter really wanted the necklace, so we went to the Dior shop in the Bijenkorf instead, but otherwise I would have never purchased anything anymore at Dior.
I work in retail and know wat real service is, if you come in one of our shops 5 minutes before close, we will let you shop when you are done, even if the means to keep the shop open for another half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was skeptical and prepared for bad service after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. No queue to begin with on a Saturday afternoon, I was “allocated” to a Chinese sales guy, told him what I want to get, and he showed me a full range of items and different sizes. Lovely packaging as usual, and even got a copy of magazine with my purchase. ☺️
