★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad quality products. exceptionally rude and unhelpful staff. bought a relatively expensive shoe at the store; part of the stitching on the upper leather came off after one wear. store staff tells me there is nothing they can do, and that i am better off fixing it myself. last time i shop at this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service by Boggi Amsterdam to solve a tricky problem with two suits bought at Boggi Verona in Italy. Not only did they do the right thing on solving it despite it having been bought in different country, but also with a smile and the best solution for customer. Outstanding!!! I was already a fan of their great clothes, now I am fan forever. Thank you to whole staff in Amsterdam.

Bought a coupe of shirts (see pic, one is 'premium') , nice cut.
Cotton quality is terrible, impossible to iron, cheap feeling.
I am a Boggi customer since many years, but I think they started to save on materials and manpower (even if prices increased) .
Simply never again.
