β β β β β Worked here, I'm going to try to not be biased. First of all the most important points: The food here, in comparison to other Domino's establishments, is better. We have a couple very experienced pizza chefs, and they'll tailor your order by request. The manager (SO Kevin) is plain awesome, hard working, but a bit too soft on a couple members of the personnel. The ambience is, in comparison to other Domino's establishments, way better. The place feels new and clean, and we liked to keep it so. Delivery wise we try to deliver the best we can, quality before quantity. If there is an order backlog the insiders will not put more pizza in the oven. The drivers their return will be anticipated and order will be shipped out ASAP. To sum it all up: an honest hard-working team, with a couple flaws here and there, who work in a relatively pretty and spacious establishment.

β β β β β Four of the past 5 times I ordered it took over an hour and a half. I kept giving them another chance because they kept claiming that it was a fluke, and my past experience with other dominos was always fast. If they say it is a fluke, and that they normally have better service, don't believe them. I've ordered from many different domino's locations in 4 different countries, and this one, without a doubt is the worst. The last time I ordered, after 45 minutes it wasn't even in the oven yet. That was the last straw. I wish I could give it zero stars.

β β β β β Slow service. Cold bad Pizza. Ordered online, waited for nearly 1.5 hours for delivery. After an hour and 10 minutes i called the store. They told me pizza is just going into the oven because they were "understaff" and only "one delivery guy".... eventually pizza arrived. Very bad quality, and COLD. Conclusion. DO NOT ORDER from this place. No standards. Dominos should really look into this. Dominos is never going to be the best pizza in the world, but in the UK, at lease it had standards, it came quick under 30 min and hot

β β β β β This shop is ridiculous. No care about customers. Waited almost 2 hours and no pizza in my hands. Can you believe this? They tend to not pick up customer's phone call. This is not the first time. Amazing.

β β β β β Ordered from this place several times every time I thought maybe itβs different this time, maybe they were busy. But no every time I ordered from this place it took more than an hour for pizza to arrive. Every time I called staff was rude and sometimes just straight ignored me, when I called: I said hello, I wanted to ask if my pizza is on the way, the person said one moment and just left and never come back I waited on the phone for 5 min and than just hung up. I called same thing they said one sec and just left the phone. Worst service rude staff and they are always busy apparently. Itβs either they are under staffed or they are just incompetent.
Maybe 5 months ago or so it was really fast, after I ordered it always arrived max 20 min, now for the last months itβs always late. Dominos probably doesnβt care since itβs been like this for so long.
