★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love european style seafood than this a very good option for you. As the name of the restaurant suggests crab is their signature dish. I had the mixed grill. The crab was real meaty with a soft shell and a nice buttery grill flavour to it. That was my favorite. My least favorite was the sardine. Although larger than average it pales in comparison to some of the items you get with the mixed grill like the dorado. The service was good but due to this being a somewhat pricey restaurant I personally would have appreciated a little more personal attention. 8,5/10 for the food 7,5/10 for the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work very close to Gelderlandplein and I would say that it is one of the best restaurants in the area! It has great fresh fish as well as vegetarian options. Pumpkin soup is A MUST TRY!

Staff is generally friendly. However the good tables were not offered even the restaurant was still empty.
The price-quality inhoud is a bit low. Comparing with seafood bar, the selections here for seafood barbecue are quite plain. Namely no special seafoods. And the crab leg is a bit “empty” , one can only get some meat flakes out of the leg instead of the whole leg.
The sardine fishes were definately not recommended because lack of taste.
The fries were fresh but soggy. They were not fried to crunchy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I had lunch here. We really enjoyed the service but, I think they need to increase the price to quality and price to quantity ratio. The tacos were nice but again requires more actual fish in them to make it better. The fried calamari was not up to the mark. Finally, the ? along with the calamari was pretty below expectation. This place has great potential and we will go again but I hope they improve on some of these metrics.

- 1 star for the hygiene.
We entered the restaurant without reservation, after waiting for 5 minutes, a lady came and just casually pointed at a table next to the door (i guess she meant that we could take that table?) when there were plenty of “free” tables inside. So we asked politely if we could change to another table not next to the door as the weather was not that lovely that day. Luckily a man was standing next to her, she said yes to us. The man seems to be the manager/owner. Only he was friendly. We ordered the soft shell crab, not fried well, it was still soft inside....it’s called soft “shell” crab, not soft “inside” crab. The man changed it for us.

- 1 star for the not well cooked soft shell crab
+ 1 star for the manager.
Generally speaking Food is not as fresh as the seafood bar (another similar chain seafood restaurant in town), a bit expensive. And we have already expected that since it is a seafood restaurant.
-1 star for the food freshness and price.
Location is very good. Free parking in the neighborhood after 19.00 and weekend.
+ 1 star for the location.
So 5 stars as the basis, it got 3 stars(max) for this experience.
Pictures were taken before eating (as we usually don’t use the phone during eating). So they all looked quite ok.
