After almost 2 hours waiting i called them back and they said the the order wasn't delivered yet, liars and unprofessionals, give me my money back

But why less three is cause they make every pixza with fheir gloves, same time taking orders on the phone with same gloves, helping a guy with the pin machine with the same gloves, continuing with my pizza and other pizzas with the same gloves, that have touched other several places which has been touchend by hundreds or thousands other persons. So whats the point? Especially now with this corona. Thnks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One and a half hours to get my pizza. App said order was cancelled but payment was taken. When I called after an hour they said it was on its way. But it wasn't. When I called a second time, the guy was rude and unhelpful. Eventually got a soggy pizza with wrong ingredients. Never again.
