It's amazing how far they are ready to go to blackmail their renters, falsifying info and sending fake invoices even though I would have had paid on time
The worst they would be the cause for a negligence and when there is damage they tell the owner that it was my fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a place with Draijer, totally unprofessional services. No inspection in the beginning, nor after giving back the place. No reactivity from their maintenance service. Had to fight for months to get my deposit back, which was cut for an invalid reason. All and all, will never deal with them ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Messed up lease contractual schemes made for their own comfort, slow correspondance and no wish to help and be professional whatsoever (they will take half of your deposit money for no reason). Please be careful or better avoid dealing with this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review in English to make sure it reaches everyone, especially that a lot of expats are living in Amsterdam.
We found an apartment and made an offer. Our offer got accepted, second day when we went to see the apartment for the last time to finish the last details. We heard that they got a better offer, and they wanted to change the offer we gave them after accepting it.
The most annoying thing is that they assured us that they do not work like that, literary saying : The first buyer that comes with a good offer will get accepted, we do not play games. I guess they do after all, no respect for professionalism whatsoever.
After we said that we still keep our original offer we got a call from Udo telling us yeah sorry this is how it work. The same guy that assured us that this won't happen.
Do not make business with them, they won't respect their word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 weeks after moving out we are still waiting to get back our deposit of 3000EUR!!!! They pretend this is normal, but for most people its a lot of money, especially if you have to pay a deposit for the new place as well! Seems they have some mayor cash flow issues!
