Balke für unseren Sohn gekauft, die er auch stolz am ersten Schultag nach den Sommerferien mitnahm. Leider kam dabei die Mützenkordel abhanden. Herr Dreis war uns sehr schnell und ganz unbürokratisch behilflich. Die Fa. Balke lieferte die Mützenkordel ohne Berechnung an Dreis, die diese sofort an uns weitersandten. So geht Kundendienst. Fünf Sterne. The Dreis hat specialty shop gave me excellent help. While on vacation we bought a Balke captain's hat for my son, which he proudly took with him on the first day of school after the summer vacation. Unfortunately the cap cord got lost. Mr. Dreis helped us very quickly and without red tape. The Balke company delivered the cap cord free of charge to Dreis, who immediately forwarded it to us. This is how customer service works. Five stars.

Außerdem sind (es sind glaube ich Mutter, Sohn und eine Angestellte) alle sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind in Ordnung und die Qualität ist einwandfrei - mit dem billigem Ramsch bei Ebay und Amazon nicht zu vergleichen. Good shop with nice and competent staff. Here I already bought two hats and was amazed at the technical competence. Besides, I believe (it's my mother, son and an employee) that everyone is very friendly. The prices are in order and the quality is impeccable - not to compare with the cheap junk on Ebay and Amazon.

Wir konnten in Ruhe alle Hüte anprobieren und man nahm sich persönlich für uns Zeit. Auch am Telefon wurde ich zuvor freundlich empfangen und man nahm sich meinen Vorstellungeb an. Die Auswahl ist angemessen Very competent advice. We were looking for 3 hats. For the woman, me for myself and one for the son. We were able to try on all the hats in peace and they took time for us personally. I was also given a friendly welcome on the phone beforehand and my ideas were taken care of. The choice is appropriate
