★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been into the idea of the gym, but this place is one I feel gets it right. Zero pretentiousness, go there, use the machines (the eGym) and Madzy who helped us get set up is the perfect inspiration towards getting in shape!

State of the art e-gym equipment was perfect for me when recovering from a back injury, as the different programmes allowed me to start gently rebuilding my core strength to support my lower back for the future.
Duo training and group training, such as Boxfit, are well delivered and really work you hard. I’ve never found the gym to be too busy like others I’ve been to. Without a doubt, the best gym I’ve been a member of. Competitively priced and very expat friendly too. Well worth 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the best gym I have trained in. They have good variety of equipment and well trained staff.
I feel their pricing model is on the point. They also encourage talking to them to adjust, cancel etc. In this way I think they are transparent with their charges.
The icing on the cake is the eGym. Initially I thought it may not be for me, but now I find it very indispensable to completing my routine.
I hope during future lock downs (hopefully there are not that many), such well spaced and crowd controlled gyms will be permitted to stay active. They have helped me stay healthy and active!

Plenty of flexibility around classes and schedule. eGym is a modern data driven way of working out with high quality machines that adjust based on your strength.
