Dunkin' - Spui 10b

First time visiting this Dunkin' and definitely not coming back. Why are American coffee/food chains always so disappointing on this side of the Atlantic? I ordered a Ham & Cheese flat bread and a Mango Smoothie. A slight panic broke out when they discovered that I wanted cheese on my Ham & Cheese flat bread. They had ran out of it, so they thought, and offered me Mozarella in stead of cheese. I declined the offer. Suddenly they realized there is also a kitchen in the back of this store and (shocker) there was the cheese hiding! Another slight panic broke out when they also realized the sandwich came with pickles (not discovering that until one of the clerks looked up on the menu hanging over their heads. And ran to the clerk preparing my sandwich and dove in the fridge to get the pickles for her). They finally had the ingredients complete and started preparing my sandwich and put it in the oven. Then my Mango "smoothie" got prepared in front of my nose. I had hoped it would contain pieces of Mango and fresh yoghurt (like you'd expect from a smoothie) but it turned out it was a bucket of ice cubes with a drop of Mango syrup and a scope of yoghurt powder. Yes powder. It was so thick (see picture) that the clerk had to push the icey substance in the glass with a spoon, and 20% of it stayed floating motionless above the glass. Then another surprise for them, because it turns out an oven is not a microwave. As soon as the timer ends, the oven is not immediately cooled down, but continues to be hot on the inside. So while my "smoothie" got prepared, the oven timer ended. Unfortunately nobody took the sandwich out of the oven even though the oven kept beeping, so it stayed in it for about 1 minute too long and was burned on top (see picture) when they finally released it from its ordeal. The taste is mediocre at best. While typing this review I have finished half of my "smoothie" and now I feel like I'm pregnant with Frosty the Snowman's baby. Come on Dunkin’ Donuts, what the heck is this? I am not a fan of online complaining but this was absolutely not good. Fix it, or stick with just Coffee and Donuts.

I picked up donuts today and the employee was very friendly. Donuts are delicious, too :)

On a Sunday morning, it is impossible to find a breakfast locale that is open for business. The Downtown comes alive only after 12 noon. Dunkin’ Donuts opens at 9 am. I try not to eat at US restaurants when I am not in the US, but given the lack of choice, I found myself staring at the wide array of colorfully decorated donuts. My only question is why I didn’t smell the aroma of freshly baked donuts. Do they leave them over night? I don’t fancy a morning sugar rush, so I ordered the only savory item on the menu— a butter croissant. It was not fresh and was too brown. I had their breakfast tea. The service was friendly, but the place was empty until, stereotypically, a police squad car pulled up and two officers came in to order donuts. This shop is located directly behind the tram and bus stop Het Centrum. The interior has pop art on the walls along the staircase to the second floor. It has an urban/industrial decor complete with wrought iron.

Great choice to have a bite of happiness on a cold autumn ? or winter ☃️ day in beautiful The Hague. Their coffee is awesome, as always, in my opinion it's the best. Especially the mocha! And the Boston cream donut = ? Thanks guys! ?

I love Dunkin Donuts in the Netherlands. It's more expensive than in Germany but the donuts taste much better as well. So we went here during our vacation in September a few times. New this year, you can order at a screen at the entry. Perfect for tourists I guess ? I really love this store in Den Haag, it's has a beautiful design and you can enjoy your food and drinks on the 2nd floor. Toilets are available in the basement. I don't think I need to say anything about the donuts. They speak for themselves. My favorite btw is the stroopwaffel.

Tastes fine but a bit expensive to my taste. Music is too loud to hear yourself think. Took Covid as an opportunity to close the toilets, unfortunately. Internet is free and very fast, and once you sit down you're blissfully left alone, so that's pleasant.

We had ordered 24 Halloween donuts and went to pick them up. What a downer. I've never been to a Dunkin' Donuts like this. What a cold atmosphere. We checked in at the counter and said we ordered 24 Halloween donuts. The gentleman who spoke to us, kindly directed us further into the store. There we had to wait and saw how one employee tried to keep up with the crowds, as best as possible, and another employee, while sighing, did as little as possible. Ofcourse, she went to get our donuts. When she brought them along, I was surprised that the two boxes were stacked. Without looking at us, she crammed the boxes, on top of each other, into one bag. When I asked if we could see them, she didn't respond. It was very very busy so we left. When opening the box at home, only 2 donuts from the bottom box turned out to be undamaged! What a disappointment! The employee was really almost rude. Why were the boxes stacked? Why didn't we get to see the donuts before she packed them? The donuts were soggy and the glaze was melting. Where had they stored them? Are these yesterdays donuts? Really, this is a big disappointment. The donuts should have been the star of the Halloween party. Everyone was looking forward to it. Then you get soggy, wetty donuts, who don't even smell like donuts! Do not visit this Dunkin' Donuts.

Very nice donuts and coffee. They offer the possibility to opt for not only cow milk but also many different veggie milks for the coffee. The donuts are amazing and the staff is pretty friendly.
