β β β β β AVOID!!! We had a contract with them but it got cancelled after 2 months without us requesting for it to be cancelled. When i called them they said "Another company took over your contract". When I called that other company they said they had no contract under my name or my address. When I called back NLE they were unable to help. Very incompetent people!

β β β β β Worst, worst, worst ISP in The Netherlands. Totally alienated customer service staff. Can't deliver what they promise, no working television, not even a 5th of the promised internet speed is possible and their only 'compensation' is that I may cancel my subscription without a fine. During their short 2 months of service it never worked as promised, I've been calling them for hours and waiting for answers for weeks(!) without any reliable service, in the meantime they kept cashing their invoices. Nothing of that is compensated whatsoever. Alienated I say. Stay away from them.

β β β β β I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!I ordered tv and internet a month ago. 4 days before setting up the internet they sent me an email with my order being canceled. (although the connection was possible on the website) now I am without internet. a terrible telephone service! I called 3 x, once I waited for a call 20 min nobody picked up, the second time you switched me to the technitical department and waited 11 minutes, no one answered, after the last call the woman switched me immediately to the technical department and 15 minutes of waiting without. response.
this company is a joke !!!!!

β β β β β Honestly THE WORST customer service in Netherlands, possibly the world. Waiting times on the telephone are 30min or more. Emails do not get responded to. The only thing NLE can do on time is debit money and send reminders for payment. This is a money grabbing company that lies about its customer service capabilities. DO NOT TRUST NLE!!! They will tell you that the customer service is good and that all problems internally have been resolved. It is not true!!
I do not recommend this company to any people looking for new energy / Tv / Internet providers. Rather chose one of the competitors.

β β β β β Poor reviews may be outdated, and some comments hold true for all companies, like the fine when stopping a contract. I phoned NLE about an existing energy contract, got them on the phone in 1 minute, and got good answers including a clear mentioning of cancellation terms. They showed expertise on a special situation too.

They call and mislead you to sign a really long contract, saying that they are the cheapest energy company in the country. They do not offer any other options once you have clicked a button without telling you what it actually was, and give you a HUGE fine if you want to cancel it earlier. They intentionally hide important information even you asked for it, and avoid picking up your calls when you need help. Definitely dishonest company everyone should get them on blacklist!!!

β β β β β I had one year contract with NLE. I needed to move to a new place and a lady from NLE convinced me to take another contract for 3 years with me. After I accepted I checked the google reviews and was a bit scared. But now I am almost 3 years with NLE contract and I am a happy client. The customer service is reachable by phone and email. All the charges are transparent and correct.
