This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting for 5 days for them to pick up my old machine as per what I paid mediamarkt for. Extremely rude and aggressive staff. Do not buy anything from mediamarkt because they use this company.

This is a complete failure company! They promise but do not deliver. I asked to speak to the manager and the first thing I hear is "not possible". This is what they know "not possible not possible". Asked their manager to call me back, They say "sure, ok we will, good bye". I said, good-bye? but do you have my number to call me back? ermpf... no, what is your number?

Worst experience ever. You have one job which is to deliver a package and you manage to f*** it up 3 times. I scheduled the delivery 3 times. First time they said they were there but never rang the door bell. Second time they said they had no record of me scheduling the delivery, even though I have a confirmation email, third time they say the package was damaged and they first need to investigate. Customer service is useless - why do I even have to pay for this?? This is truly ridiculous. No one in their right mind should ever use this company for delivery.

Terrible service. I got a message saying my fridge was to be delivered in a window of time, so I waited outside as I live above a shop and have no doorbell. I saw the van pull up and recognised the driver from the driverID so asked him if the delivery was for my name, and he said "No" and promptly left. I thought it was strange because it he looked the same but he said it so confidently I kept waiting. I then got a message that the delivery had fail and that my address was wrong! It's so frustrating that I now need to spend another day waiting at home because the driver didn't even know who he was delivering to, and obviously didn't care.

Indeed, as other customer said, 1 star is too much. Delivery time window is between 08:00am and 22:00. You have to pick the day and you'll get to know the time of delivery only on the day of delivery. So you should be sure to have someone at a certain address for 14 hours... No weekend deliveries, even if on the Mediamarkt website is offered. No possibility to change delivery address or telephone number!!! Customer service is terrible: they reply to emails about 2 days after and if you call them you get a guy who's in front of a monitor using the same T&T that you receive. Mediamarkt decline any responsibility as they give them the job, DynaLogic declines as well as they have agreement with their customer (MediaMarkt). I've advised them we are not at home before 17:30 and they keep delivering everyday whenever they want, so my 55" television gets everyday loaded and unloaded from a van. Just wondering the conditions i will receive it (and when... so far 3 failed appointments)

I would have given a zero, if it was possible. By far the worst delivery service I have ever experienced and I had hundreds of deliveries before. Cancel your order immediately if you see that the courier will be Dynalogic. It is also a big shame for big names (MediaMarkt, CoolBlue etc) to keep working with these nonprofessionals

TOTAL DISASTER. Worst customer service in the world, rude, not helpful, not trying to fix a mistake of their driver. Lost 2 days waiting for the delivery, they did not even try to call when could not find an address (which Uber Eats finds 3 times a day. AVOID.

Worst delivery service experienced ever. Period. I took a day off for a delivery and the courier did not even try to ring the bell, but just called me on the phone (delivery missed of course). Tried to call the courier back almost immediately, unsuccessfully. This happens quite often I see. On top of that, Outrageous phone rates and they do not even try to help you out. Still wondering why big brands rely on them.
