★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima schoenenzaak, service was prima. In de sale hadden zij mijn maat niet meer maar een andere winkel nog wel. Naar deze winkel laten komen en kreeg keurig een belletje dat ze er waren en kreeg ook de prijs van de sale.
Ecco maakte tot nog niet zo lang geleden al goed zittende schoenen maar was de stijl nogal stijf en ouderwets, gelukkig is dat nu een stuk verbeterd naar mijn mening.
Great shoe store, service was fine. In the sale they no longer had my size, but another store still had. Had them come to this store and got a call that they were there and also got the price of the sale.
Ecco made well-fitting shoes until not so long ago but the style was rather stiff and old-fashioned, luckily that has now improved a lot in my opinion.

You will be laughed at in this store in front of you. I have never experienced such rude service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gisteren waren wij in het filiaal Haarlem. Mijn vriend zag leuke schoenen maar helaas was zijn maat niet meer voorradig. De verkoopster bood gelijk aan om bij een ander filiaal te informeren en regelde zo de gewenste schoenen en dat deze naar een filiaal bij ons in de buurt worden verstuurd. Hartstikke goede, vlotte en vriendelijke service van deze medewerkster. Deze dame is een aanwinst voor het bedrijf!! Wij kunnen de schoenen aankomende week ophalen. Aanrader?
Yesterday we were in the Haarlem branch. My friend saw nice shoes but unfortunately his size was no longer in stock. The saleswoman immediately offered to inquire at another branch and arranged for the desired shoes to be sent to a branch near us. Very good, quick and friendly service from this employee. This lady is an asset to the company!! We can pick up the shoes next week. Recommended?

I am so happy with the shoes I got, and they will always remind me of my trip. Nothing makes me more proud of my visit to the Dutch than walking around in Dutch made shoes. Thank you!
