★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontzettend nare ervaring gehad net. Liep binnen met een montuur die versteld moest worden maar niet bij hem gekocht was. In plaats van beleefd aangeven dat hij die service niet aanbied ging hij over tot onbeleefd sarcasme and het neerhalen van andere opticiens in de buurt.
Just had a terrible experience. Walked in with a frame that had to be adjusted but not bought from him. Instead of politely stating that he does not offer that service, he proceeded to impolite sarcasm and to take down other opticians in the area.
