I brought an expensive coat for dry cleaning for just a very small stain. The stain was gone but the jacket was totally ruined. There were a lot of new stains, probably due to transport. But worst of all, they definitly dit not dry clean the jacket but washed it in a machine or so because the jacket and the fabric are totally deformed. The jacket is ruined in a way that it is not wearable anymore.
The man at the counter said to me that the deformation was because I must have worn it in the rain. I had worn the jacket once, a few hours on a sunny day.
