- Messed up order: after us claiming we received a wrong food (not the one we ordered), they brought a new one after 40 min of waiting
- Finally, long time of waiting in a whole.
Not recommend!

β β β β β This cafeβs decoration is very nice.
They have generally breakfast foods, especially Turkish cuisine. Their breakfast is very nice and cheap as well. Their simit and borek are good.
Staff is very nice and helpful. Cafe is inside Plaza, in center of the city.

β β β β β Terrible service, incompetent, no knowledge of the menu card, unpleasant. The food itself was decent, although I expected more from the cuisine from this part of the world. The waiting time was definitely too long and the service was fulfilling orders placed much later. As a matter of fact, I'm going to avoid this place with a wide berth and will definitely advise my friends against it.

During the week itβs usually fine but during the weekend it gets really busy.
You donβt have to que, you just walk in and get a table. (Which we didnβt know, so people were just passing by and getting a seat before us). By doing so.. the employees are not fully aware if you just arrived or not and will have to sit for a while at a dirty table unless you ask them if they can clean. It will also take a while before they come ask you for you order (donβt get me wrong the employees are friendly) but they could do much better to make the experience a nice one.

β β β β β Decent GΓΆzleme but the service is the WORST you can get in Eindhoven. It doesn't get any worse than this. No greeting whatsoever. Uncleaned tables staying uncleaned during your meal because there's no one around to care. Wait time before order: at least 30 mins until someone notices you. Wait time after order: another 30 minutes. Number of orders delivered wrong: 2. After a while we gave up and cancelled our last order. Food was presented in a sloppy and unappealing way. When I pointed it out, they offered to change it but came back with the wrong order. Waiters don't take notes while getting orders and they deliver wrong things. They are well intentioned but there's no system and it gets frustrating after waiting for at least 1 hour to get some food.

β β β β β We had to wait 25 minutes for takeout. I guess it would be fine if someone told us that before ordering.
Food was tasty however not tasty enough to make it worth waiting that long. ;)

β β β β β We ordered cappuccino, homemade ice tea, Piri piri kip and Doner Lekker Op. Coffee was unreally sweet and something happed with milk. After waiting 30 minutes, they brought not Donner Lekker, but something completely different, then we were waiting another 30 minutes and waiters just ignored us. We came to Eindhoven for 4 hours and 1.5 of them we spent for nothing. Definitely not recommended.
