★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was not helpful at all. I walked around the store for at least 20 minutes and no help was offered. Finally after I asked for help they didn't do any effort. I asked for iphone cases and screen protectors and they just said they didn't have any and said I should go to an apple store. Eventhough I saw them hanging on the shelfs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store has a “SPECIAL OFFER” for Apple AirPods at 179€. Considering that is exactly the retail price at the Apple Stores, I ask them where the special offer is...
“Price is the same Sir, the ‘SPECIAL OFFER’ is the joy of owning the Apple AirPods!”.

Thats the worst and most unprofessional store and sales clerk I have ever met!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought apple in May and I discovered in airplane they gave me airpods1 instead of airpods2 for the same price, while the new version was already released weeks before. Besides that they have the worse refund policy I saw in a long time.... I sended my my package more than over a month ago (unopened) and still didn't receive my money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an initially bad experience with the capi store behind customs at schiphol, the service on the phone and in the capi store before customs at schiphol was exceptional!
They explained the process very well, send confirmation of everything over email and spared no effort at the store. My praise for the manager and his team of the store; super!!
